BRAND STRATEGY

Our business is building strong brands. Over the years of developing and managing brands, we understand that the key to success, is defining a comprehensive brand strategy that establishes the "head waters" for confident descision making for all that follows for the business.

Unavoidable clarity of the brand soul is the foundation from which all strategies stem. We assist our clients in various states of brand development, from genesis, to reorganization, to brand extensions. We create brand filters that provide a common ground for consistent brand experiences internally as well as externally. We develop brand guidelines and assist our clients with implementing these brand parameters into all touch points of their brand.

Beard Papa's

THE CHALLENGE: Define the Beard Papa’s retail experience for the US customer with new retail stores in New York, Washington DC and Los Angeles. Translate the established Japanese brand values into a more global reaching message and elevate the company's product experience.

THE RESULTS: We developed a comprehensive visual brand strategy which weaves the company’s Japanese heritage and roots into a more globally relevant and inviting customer experience. We used visual storytelling within the store environment to communicate Beard Papa’s core values. The design of brand appropriate furniture, fixturing systems and product displays elevates the overall retail execution. The finalized direction serves as a guideline to ensure a consistent look and feel between all franchise and company owned bakery stores within the US.
